A family Strategy, informed by your values, acts as a guide for your family’s actions and the daily, monthly, yearly decisions you make to accomplish your short and long term goals.
 
The START Values Cards can be used alone or as a complementary tool to support the START Leadership Development approach to equipping your kids with the mindset and skill set they need to thrive and prosper in today’s highly competitive world.   
 
The cards introduce 18 positive and pro-social values with definitions that are designed to prompt  reflection and discussion in kids of all ages. 
 
There are no right or wrong answers. The process of seeking, considering, and respecting the input of each family member is as important, if not more important than the specific values you select.
