Event Overview

IN “LEAD WELL, BE WELL, DO WELL,” ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR AND LEADERSHIP STRATEGIST LAURIE BODINE, ALONG WITH THE HAVERFORD SCHOOL’S LEADERSHIP DIRECTOR BILL BRADY, WILL HELP PARENTS UNDERSTAND THE CHALLENGES BOYS (AND GIRLS) FACE IN TAKING THE LEAD IN TODAY’S INCREASINGLY COMPETITIVE AND RAPIDLY CHANGING WORLD, AND HOW TO OVERCOME THESE CHALLENGES.

  • How has the rise in global competition impacted the well being and preparedness of boys (and girls)?

  • How do our definitions of success and happiness influence our priorities and the actions and interactions we have with our sons (and daughters)?

  • What experiences, attributes, and mindsets are present in boys (girls), young men (women), and young professionals who fare best in today’s increasingly competitive, rapidly changing world?

  • What steps can you take ensure the experiences your boys (and girls) have will equip them with the leadership attributes and mindset they need to handle success and failure in positive, productive, and constructive ways?

Join fellow parents to gain perspective and to learn how you can create an environment at home in which your boys (and girls) can experience, practice, and master the leadership skill set and mindset necessary to thrive and prosper as they become purposeful leaders in their own lives.
